This year registering your team is easy.
​Simply fill in the online form and choose whether you would like to pay at the school office or by online banking.

    Entry is $10 per person, with teams
    *Each team must have at least 1 adult.

    IMPORTANT
    By registering your team for this event you are     agreeing to the following:
    - Indemnity Waiver:  The DSPTA will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of participants at the X Games events. We can not be held liable for any injury or damage that occurs as a result of any of the activities  
    -  Photography Waiver: I hereby grant permission for the DSPTA and its representatives to take photographs of my team and its individuals at the event Discovery X-Games on Sunday 31 March 2019.
    -Social Media Waiver: I also allow DSPTA to upload said images on their Facebook page and to be published on the school website/newsletter.
